At Wyld Peak, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products purchased via wyldpeak.co.nz. Please ensure all sizing and product details are reviewed before purchase.
Store Credit
In cases where store credit is issued (e.g., for approved faults), it will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
⚠️ Faulty Items
We define a faulty item as one that has a manufacturing defect, not caused by wear or customer handling.
Please note that the following are not considered faults:

Damage from incorrect washing or drying

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
To request a resolution for a faulty item:

Include your full name, order number, and clear photo evidence of the fault
If the item is deemed faulty after review, we’ll offer either:

A full refund (minus shipping costs), or

A replacement, or

A store credit
