Meet Rae: Turning Pain Into Power as Our Newest Wyld Peak Brand Ambassador
We’re beyond proud to introduce Rae - artist, activist, chronic illness warrior, and now, the newest face of Wyld Peak.
Based in the UK and the unstoppable force behind Wait, I’m Disabled?, Rae lives with a complex list of chronic conditions including Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), PoTS, and more. But labels don’t define her; resilience does.
After becoming disabled, Rae channeled her creativity into something powerful. She’s earned distinctions in fashion design, dressmaking, and jewellery making, and she uses art, music, and movement as daily therapy. Whether she’s styling her own custom outfits or stringing beaded jewellery that radiates joy, Rae embodies what it means to reclaim your narrative with fire and flair.
In 2021, Rae walked 2.8 miles with crutches to raise funds for FND Action. This May, she completed nearly 11 miles to raise awareness for EDS. Every step she takes isn’t just a personal victory, it’s a rallying cry for visibility, accessibility, and community.
At Wyld Peak, we believe survival looks different for everyone. Some of us hike mountains. Some of us face them every morning just to get out of bed. Rae reminds us that strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it wears sequins and uses mobility aids.
As our brand ambassador, Rae will be collaborating with us on future projects centered around disability visibility, creative survival, and radical self-expression, all with that signature Wyld spirit.

Welcome to the Wyld side, Rae. We’re honoured to walk (and roll) alongside you.
