Shipping & Returns

Q: Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide from the USA, including to the USA, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Typical delivery times:

🔹USA: 3–7 business days

🔹NZ, AUS, UK, Everywhere else: 7–14 business days (depending on customs and local handling). You’ll receive full tracking information once your order is on its way.

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or if I change my mind?
We only accept returns or offer refunds in cases of defective items or if there's been an error with shipping (e.g. wrong item, damaged goods). We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or buyer’s remorse. Please consult our size guides carefully and reach out before ordering if you need help selecting the right fit.

Q: What if my item is faulty or something went wrong in shipping?
If your product arrives damaged or there’s a clear mistake in your order, let us know within 30 days. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Customer satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll make it right.

Everything is ethically produced in small batches in the USA. We’re committed to full transparency and only use materials that are durable, breathable, and responsibly sourced.

Yes. Our caps are crafted with either 100% organic cotton or high-quality recycled polyester blends, depending on the style. All the polyester used in our products is recycled to reduce environmental impact. We design our gear to minimize shedding and maximize durability, ideal for both urban streets, mountain peaks and trails.

Q: Can I use discount codes on your Etsy store, too?
No, any discount or promotional codes are only valid on our official website at www.wyldpeak.co.nz. Our Etsy store is separate and does not currently support discount codes.
